Statement on Purchases
SILO Surplus attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Accordingly, all items are sold in "as is" condition. Please, make a thorough inspection of the photos, description and conditions of each item you are interested in, before purchase. If a product offered in our store is not as described or you are otherwise unsatisfied, please contact us immediately so that we may organize a return and or rectify the situation. We must receive word of return intent within 30 days of delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
