In order to offer the best buying experience possible, SILO TECH Inc. fulfills its commitment of offering accurate descriptions and photos of all its items, and pledges that you will receive the items you purchased as pictured and/or described in the listing. It is the buyer's ultimate responsibility to determine the suitability of the products for their application(s). The external condition of the items is referred only to its appearance and not to its functionality. As a surplus and resale business, SILO TECH Inc. sells many types of equipment, spare parts, and items in untested condition: also referred to as "as is" quality. Please make sure the condition of the item suits your purpose(s) before buying.

International Buying and Selling
We are happy to provide the service of international shipping, to any part of the world where we may legally export according to State Department and Department of Commerce regulations. It is important to stress that not all import duties, taxes, and charges may be included in the listed price or in the shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and we encourage you to please check all additional charges that you may incur with your purchase before placing an order. Buyers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the international sale, purchase, and shipment of items.

NOTE: Please, take notice that some inventory is only available to our American (USA) clients (as final users) due to government restrictions. Any international order in this category will be cancelled.

Shipping
We strive to ship all merchandise purchased within a term of 2-5 days after the item and the shipping cost have been paid. We work with USPS, FEDEX and UPS services. If you have an account with any of these carriers, we may try to accommodate requests, but you will have to let us know at the moment of the purchase. Items weighing more than 60 lbs and oversized items are shipped via freight. Charges for pallet and crate construction vary by item and will be quoted when you call for such arrangements. We can arrange and quote the freight cost or you (the buyer) may arrange transport yourself or with a carrier. All freight charges are pre-paid and billed. If the item is damaged or lost in transit, customers may file a claim with the carrier within the guidelines set by the individual carrier. The item must be in the original packing to place a claim. Please take photograph of the damage to help in the claim process.
